Before heading up the moutain today I got bindings on skis tightened! The weather at the bottom was nice and sunny but as we went up it got worst and worst at the top it was Shite, 5 mtr wind if I was windsurfing, 0 visablity total white out. Had a nice smooth run down though as we followed one of the piste bashers can't get much fresher groomed snow than that
Decided to stay down lower in the better weather where it was possible to see what was going on.
As the wind was so strong it was blowing the cloud through very quickly so a couple of times it was clear uptop so we dived on the lift and heading for the top.
As it was the last day I'd had bindings tightened I done a short off piste section it was great not very controled but things felt great wide flowing turns in powder blown flat by the wind. The off Piste gets some getting used to after always being told to lean forward when skiing leaning as far back as possible don't seam right at all.
No falls today and the off piste was magic!
